order, and we will set up an appointment for you. We accept payments
by credit cards (VISA and MasterCard ) or by Check.

Q. Do I have to pay
additional fees to have my tours posted on the Internet?

Every Virtual Tour photographed by
Ouhome automatically gets placed on our Website (www.ouhome.com) and
Ouhome will also link your tours with minor charge to commercial
Websites such as Realtor.com, Homes.com, Homeseekers.com.There is no charge for
linking to your personal website.

| Q. Do I have to be at
the appointment, and how long does it take?
|
|
You or the homeowner can meet the photographer at
the property. Photographers take only between 20 to 30 minutes
to shoot the home.

| Q. I don't have an MLS
number, can I still order a tour? |
|
Yes. You can take a virtual tour of the
home prior to obtaining an MLS number. However, the MLS number is required for
linking, so we ask that you call us to give us the MLS as soon as you get it.

| Q. I don't have a
personal website, can I still order a tour? |
|
Yes. Ouhome Virtual Tours is the only company
to provide its own Website online to host every Virtual Tour photographed. Each
Realtor will be assigned its own website address (www.ouhome.com/yourname) to
link to his or her own listing with minor $25 one time set up fee.(
no expiration date)

| Q. Can I post my
virtual tour with the other sites, such as the MLS? |
|
Yes. After the tour is processed, Ouhome will email
you the virtual tour link. Use this URL to link to any site that you choose,
including the MLS. Simply call or forward this email to the MLS and tell them
you want your tour linked to the listing.

| Q. How can I get my
tour linked to Realtor.com?
|
|
If you have an iLead account at Realtor.com, you can
link the tour yourself into the detail section of your property listing
page on Realtor.com. Ouhome is not able to do this for you because of
password restrictions. However, Ouhome can help your to link the tour with
minor charge.

| Q. How can I get my
tour linked to the RE InfoLink MLS organization?
|
|
If you are RE InfoLink members, you can log in to the
REIL web site and enter the link to your Ouhome virtual tour. Ouhome is
not able to do this for you because of password restrictions. However, Ouhome
can help your to link the tour with minor charge.
We also send tour
links to RE InfoLink MLS (on the San Francisco Bay Peninsula) .For this to be
successful, your property must already be listed there and you must have
provided Ouhome with your MLS number.

| Q.How can I get my tour
linked to Homeseekers and/or HomeAdvisor?
|
|
If you are members of RE InfoLink MLS (
www.mlslistings.com), tours will be linked automatically to the property
listings on HomeAdvisor's and HomeSeekers' web sites.

Cancellations,
Rescheduling and Missed Appointments
|

If an agent cancels his or her appointment to film a tour more than 24 hours
prior to the scheduled filming time by informing the Call Center (510)
750-7232, there is no charge.

Missed appointments are $50.00.
-
There are no refunds after the tour has been shooted.
